Online sessions may include but not limited to: hypnotherapy, NLP (near linguistic programming), life coaching, somatic body release, emotional release therapy, timeline therapy, distance reiki or energy healing, breathwork, meditation and empowerment of your beliefs and behaviours. Each session is personally tailored to your needs and desired outcomes. We work together for your very best results. I am here to support you 100% on your journey and you are here to give 100% of yourself to change for a better way of living and being in all areas of your life. Individual sessions allow you to realise what's holding you back, understand your subconscious patterning, thoughts and behaviours. To unpack them for a more content and confident belief in yourself. Working online offers all the same benefits of working in person, with the added bonus of you being able to relax and unwind in the comfort of your own and familiar environment. With ongoing sessions we gain a clear understanding of the changes you are wanting to make for yourself, the outcomes you desire and what has been limiting you from achieving that so far. From here we work in the calm and relaxed state of hypnosis and subconscious mind to unpack and change those beliefs on a deep level. Letting go of all that is no longer working for you. Then you bring in all the positive aspects you need to achieve the very best outcome for you. To align you to a new subconscious way of being, acting, behaving and doing all the things you want to do in your life that are in true alignment with the very best version of you.

Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENTS: If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment or need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Changes and cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $75 cancellation fee being charged. Failure to attend without any prior notice will incur the full session fee as cancellation. Please phone through or text cancellations or changes to +64 210 276 3384 as I do not always have access to my emails. *Additional Terms and conditions for packages : Payment is to be made in full at the time of booking your first session. 3 session packages - all 3 sessions are to be completed within 2 months 6 session packages - all 6 sessions are to be completed within 4 months COURSES: Unless otherwise stated all live online courses will be recorded. A replay video of the live session will be emailed to all registered participants to enable them to watch if they were unable to attend the live class or re-watch if they wanted to revisit something that was covered. All workbooks will be emailed to you ahead of the course start date in pdf format for you to download and print should you chose. Should a course require any materials to be sent to your address please understand we are at the mercy of the postal system and no guarantees or delivery timeframes can be made. Due to these reasons refunds for courses are not avaiable at this time.
