3 Month Life Coaching Online

Service Description

In this 3 month coaching program we get a clear understanding of your needs, dreams, goals and what you want to achieve. We look at what has stopped you from achieving these, your beliefs, the emotions and any physicality attached to them. As we move forward releasing you from the past attachments, finding freedom in your new and action inspired life, Online sessions may include but not limited to: NLP (near linguistic programming), life coaching, somatic movement and body release, emotional release therapy, timeline therapy, distance reiki or energy healing, breathwork, meditation and empowerment of your beliefs and behaviours. Each of the 12 session is personally tailored to your needs and desired outcomes. We work together for your very best results. I am here to support you 100% on your journey and you are here to give 100% of yourself to change for a better way of living and being in all areas of your life. These packaged sessions allow you to not only understand whats holding you back and limiting you, we also work cognitively on your belief systems, your subconscious patterning, thoughts and behaviours. You get clear on how to use these to your advantage to succeed in getting what it is you really want in life. Working online offers all the same benefits of working in person, with the added bonus of you being able to relax and unwind in the comfort of your own and familiar environment. With ongoing sessions we gain a clear understanding of the changes you are wanting to make for yourself, the outcomes you desire and what has been limiting you from achieving that so far. I hold you accountable and checkin with where you are at and the direction needed to get you the results.

Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENTS: If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment or need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Changes and cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $75 cancellation fee being charged. Failure to attend without any prior notice will incur the full session fee as cancellation. Please phone through or text cancellations or changes to +64 210 276 3384 as I do not always have access to my emails. *Additional Terms and conditions for packages : Payment is to be made in full at the time of booking your first session. 3 session packages - all 3 sessions are to be completed within 2 months 6 session packages - all 6 sessions are to be completed within 4 months COURSES: Unless otherwise stated all live online courses will be recorded. A replay video of the live session will be emailed to all registered participants to enable them to watch if they were unable to attend the live class or re-watch if they wanted to revisit something that was covered. All workbooks will be emailed to you ahead of the course start date in pdf format for you to download and print should you chose. Should a course require any materials to be sent to your address please understand we are at the mercy of the postal system and no guarantees or delivery timeframes can be made. Due to these reasons refunds for courses are not avaiable at this time.
